- The building is 20’X 50′, plus bathroom.
- It is suitable for birthdays, workshops, family parties, meetings, classes, baby showers, and other similar events.
- Up to 49 person maximum capacity.
- The building is air conditioned. It has one large table with turning flower parasol and additional tables as needed.
- No smoking, cooking fires, or open flames are allowed in the building due to fire regulations.
- Chafing dishes and birthday cake candles are permitted.
- Rental includes clean-up.
- If desired, we provide catering services according to your needs. Contact us for more details.
- The condition of the floor is very important to us. You will be responsible for any damage to the floors or any other part of our facility.
- We reserve the right not to rent the space for uses which would be likely to damage the floors.
Prices:
- MON-THURSDAY: $100 PER HOUR
- FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: $200 PER HOUR
- RENTING HOURS: 8:00AM -12:00AM
